First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

Can't say enough about the friendly crew on board that served you well at every touch point. I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it?

Since being contacted by a supervisor a complete refund has been issued icruise has completely resolved my complaint. Helpful agents with good information and tips in planning our vacation cruise. We got a great deal, and went at a great time for us and the weather. Too much fog and rain to do our morning excursion on a Sea Plane to see all the glaciers. Norwegian is a great cruise line with lots of helpful staff to serve you everywhere you went on the ship. Using internet was extremely confusing, but very necessary if you are used to it.

Doesn’t complain about cancellations, there have been a lot of those recently. She’s a true professional and knows the cruise business. Lots of good inside information and tips, things I just can’t find online. Dear Mike, We apologize for the issue you experienced.

I have been issued a complete refund when I only asked for a partial. Cruise.com has been connecting travelers with the perfect cruise vacations since 1998. So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

I recently booked a cruise and was very disappointed with how the agent messed up the entire package of extras. However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right.
They said their system failed to update and they didn't know it. I wasted an hour and a half of my life on the phone with them. Often cruise lines offer special rates that cannot be displayed to the general public.
I could not get a hold of the original agent who sent an e mail quote to me as I left messages 3 days in a row so I called back for anyone. The agent would not honor the price I was quoted for insurance in an email so I didn't book it with the cruise. The agent talked me into the next level in icruise rewards stating it can be cancelled at anytime.
About 1 week after booking my wife lost her job. I tried calling James to cancel for a few days and finally got him and he said the $500 would be returned but your fee of $181 would be forfeited. He stated he would send the membership to his manager for cancellation approval. Several days passed and I saw no credit for membership even though no benefits were used. I never heard from anyone and I would never recommend this company.
